Overview

Truong Hai is the first and the only company in Vietnam producing, assembling and distributing all kinds of commercial vehicles and passenger cars.

Truong Hai Auto Joint Stock Corporation previously known as Truong Hai Auto Company Limited was established on April 9, 1997. On April 6, 1997, according to the company’s establishment decision, the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai province granted the company business license No.470000375 to transfer from Limited Liability Company to Joint Stock Company.

Truong Hai has been known as a Vietnam's domestic automaker with 4 auto assembly and production factotories and 5 spare parts and components factories currently.

Among Truong Hai’s factories, there is only one factory in Bien Hoa city which produces and assembles bus products, the others are gathered at Chu Lai open industrial zone in Quang Nam province, forming an auto assembly and production complex with an aim to establish a Vietnam’s largest auto assembly and production industrial zone. In addition, Truong Hai has a system of distribution, trade and after-sales services nationwide with 24 showrooms, 40 dealers, 01 marine transport company, 01 warhouse abroad and 03 entrepots in 3 regions of North, Center and South. The company has invested to build Chu Lai industrial zone (in Quang Nam province) with 04 companies currently specializing in fields as: industrial zone and infrastructure development, industrial construction, traffic infrastructure, greenery service, real estate and financial investment.
