Corporate Culture

With the current increasing development, besides business and production activities and responsibility toward society, THACO especially pays much attention to build a healthy cultural environment and shape particular cultural features for THACO. The foundation of this cultural process relies on business philosophy and behaviour manner called “8T personality”.

Business philosophy

• Morals and capability: our responsibility is to create a company with morals in construction and contribution to society development and improve living quality of employees and community. In addition, we strive to become a strong group capable of representing auto industry of the country. We create a corporate culture with focuses on morals and capability in which morals express cultural internal force and capability shows corporate culture through products.

8T personality

In order to perform the above business philosophy, the company suggests 8T behaviour including personality as follows: DEVOTEMENT, HONESTY, INTELLIGENCE, CONFIDENCE, RESPECT, RELIABILITY, ENTHUSIASM, and CONVENIENCE.
