Warranty service

In normal performing conditions , Chu Lai Truong Hai Auto Company provides customers with free warranty for small errors caused by the producer according to rules and conditions as follows:

• Starting time of warranty is counted from the day the vehicle is transferred to customers.

• Warranty time is valid according to regulations in“Basic guaranteed parts” of warranty book. Time of guaranteed parts will be 12 months or 20.000km for Thaco vehicles and 12 months or 40.000km for Kia vehicles, depending on whichever comes first.

• Warranty place: Only Thaco's authorized agents could have enough ability and allowed to perform warranty service.

• Warranty policy is still valid when the vehicle is transferred to another user.

Battery

Battery is guaranteed by its producer.In the case its producer does not have any representative office or agent in Vietnam, Thaco  will review the warranty depending on each specific case but not required.

Scheduled maintenance service

Please bring your vehicle to one of Thaco's nearest warranty centers to have scheduled maintenance taken place in time when you've driven a certain distance. Because during performance, maintenance work at first kms is extremely important and has much impact on longevity of your vehicle. According to each line-up, check-up cycle below will be thoroughly carried out by Thaco for free of labor.
