Truong Hai Company (Thaco) is a unit specializing in assembling and trading trucks, buses and passenger cars. In its major, Truong Hai has achieved great success in business with increasing sales, high-quality products, firm status and customers' trust. Relying on firm financial foundation to expand business activities, the company has bravely joined in real estate field which is considered the hot one currently.

With selective investment based on our market research and analysis of customers’ taste in real estate, we have found our own way. We have marked our real estate business by the first 3 projects: luxurious office building; apartments with trading center for high earners and apartments for intermediate and low earners. By doing so, we want to introduce various products which surely can meet all kinds of customers’ needs.

Office-for-lease business currently is going quite well because the market demand for high-classed offices with full facilities is very high. When participating in WTO, the increase of foreign investments into Vietnam will surely create new demand for this market. In order to catch up with the market, Truong Hai had targeted to complete a modern office in 2007, covering an area of more than 10,000 m2 of high-classed offices at a convenient site for transportation and trading, which definitely will bring Truong Hai a new status in real estate market.

About apartments, based on market analysis reports, the demand for low-cost apartments is somewhat slow-down due to the lack of interesting products in market; apartment consumption of speculators recently has resulted in a price hike, causing end-users unable to afford it. Therefore, it is less attractive for investors to put their money in real estate than in stock market. Simultaneously, gold price fluctuation has caused customers much confusion. To limit these impacts, Truong Hai has studied to find out solutions in design and business for its own products.

Our apartments are designed depending on customers’ needs with suitable sizes and living space, in conjunction with sophisticatedly-processed communications with nature bring a high comfort level for users. Public utility services are also supplied to each family based on their needs. Various forms of payments are suitable to customers’ income like installment through banks with payment term up to 10 years and various prices based on location and dimension. Besides that, we cooperated with well-known foreign consultants like eHomes, CBRE, Collier, D&A, etc for optimal management solutions, customer care and after-sales services, which are considered our utmost responsibility towards customers.

Although having just joined the real state market, but with the thickness of experience in business and dynamic staffs plus precious lessons in real business situations, we strongly believe our company will succeed in this new facet.
